Welcome to our serene condo retreat in the tropical paradise of Marco Island, Florida! Our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located within a small quiet community and offers the perfect home base for your vacation or winter home. With close proximity to the area's best attractions (5 minute walk to public beach, or 11 minute walk/2 minute drive to Caxambas Park); you'll experience comfort, convenience, and true essence of Florida living. Our community has access to a small beach area, pool, and hot tub. Assigned parking spot is included.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open living area. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and can fully open to lanai, making it easy to entertain or simply enjoy quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and white appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The dining area offers seating for four, perfect for intimate meals or family gatherings.

The master suite boasts a comfortable queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features two cozy twin beds, ideal for children or additional guests. Both bathrooms are freshly painted and newly decorated.
