An adorable and rustic loft right on the Quinnipiac River. Featuring all the creature comforts expected as well as smart tv, Mac computer, full kitchen and bath as well as a pull out sofa. Take in the views on the private balcony or explore the marina grounds!

The loft is located within the Quinnipiac River Marina grounds and is directly over the water. An on site restaurant, rentals and bait and tackle shop ensure all your needs can be met directly on the property!
Guest access
You will have full access to the loft apartment which can be accessed via the furthest door on the left of 309 Front St within the Marina Grounds. The porch overlooking the marina and beautiful Quinnipiac River Marina is directly off the unit.
Other things to note
Apple computer and desk is available in unit as well as a smart TV for streaming. If you need printing services please reach out and we can work to accommodate during business hours.
