Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: Relax in the main gathering space, located on the second floor so you can enjoy fabulous views of the community through the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that wrap around the living and dining room areas. Take advantage of the fully stocked, chef-style kitchen with ample seating around the granite counter and bar and at the large farm table, which seats 10. Family or friends can keep you company from the open-concept family room while you prepare a large meal together. Step out onto the veranda and sit back while you grill or dine together.
Downstairs, another den makes an alternate spot to relax or entertain, in a space with a large television, mini refrigerator, wet bar and front and side porch access.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, two large master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and the handsome bunkroom that sleeps four allow your group to be comfortable, while playing or accessing the porches overlooking the beach boardwalk. Relax in another large master bedroom on the second floor. This one features a luxurious private bathroom, large walk-in closet, and its own deck. Climb the stairs to the charming, third-floor tower loft and discover even more ocean and beach views. The raised twin bed is decorated as if it belongs in a ship’s stateroom, and guests can step onto a balcony to greet another day in Port Aransas.
This lovely home also offers a private getaway above the garage in the carriage house. This master suite features a queen bed, full bathroom, walk-in closet, and sitting area. Step out onto the private deck with comfortable chairs and a table overlooking Kiera’s Pool.

GREAT FEATURES: The front entry offers a daybed with extra storage underneath. The rounded balcony allows for maximum community views, and outdoor, wicker, wingback chairs and other seating allows plenty of places for friends to gather.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Barefoot Beach is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Barefoot Beach the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed.
