AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.

This wonderful two-bedroom two bath condo features plush furniture, modern décor, lovely tables made from re-claimed materials and don’t forget the spacious stainless kitchen. A large island counter-top calls the family in for a meal, and seven people can dine at the farm table. The neutral color palette and comfortable seating make relaxing here a treat. The first bedroom has a queen bed and one set of bunks for two, its own TV, and a private bathroom. The master has a cushy king bed, a TV, and a large bathroom. The Blue Marlin condo is steps away from Lake Colby for fishing and duck feeding, our fine dining restaurant Lisabella's and the Markets and Dylan's Pizzeria. A short walk or ride on a bike or golf cart and you are at one of our three luxurious pools or the private beach access to the Gulf of Mexico where you can have beach chairs and umbrellas waiting for you. Join us at this blissful Town Center residence and you'll surely be hooked on the fun.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Blue Marlin is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Blue Marlin the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Great weekend getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this condo was pretty much amazing!!! Location and how well kept the condo was, exceptional!! People kept parking in our assigned spots and we’d call to report and it was over an hours time before the people actually moved. No parking cones would be nice!! The live music made the nights magical!

We were here with our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren. The space is cozy, but comfortable. Renting a golf cart was helpful for getting to the pools and the beach, and the kids loved it. We ate at both restaurants and the food was excellent! Every employee we encountered was super helpful and courteous. From the umbrella/chair rental employees to the woman serving ice cream at the food cart, all seemed interested in providing an enjoyable experience. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back.

Being on the first floor, we were able to walk immediately out to our golf cart. Everyone just leaves their beach stuff in their golf carts or on their patios. It’s a great community with so many fun family amenities. We had an amazing time and would stay in the same condo again.

The condo is well equipped and comfortable, but could use some TLC for the price. There are many chips, paint scratches, stains on couches and minor fixes that I will bring to the offices attention. Other than that it is very comfortable with everything you need.

Beautiful Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th year visiting and this time we chose the Blue Marlin! We loved the decor and the floor plan. The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances and beautiful china from Pottery Barn and William Sonoma. My only suggestion is to install curtains on the main bedroom, at night there is a lot of lights coming from the street, so it would be nicer to make the room darker. The water pressure at Cinnamon Shore is a real issue! We have stayed in several condos and the problem is the same! I suggest to come up with a plan and fix it.We had a wonderful and relaxing time! Thank you so much for accepting our puppies! See you next year!

Love the town center, restaurants, pools, beach, driving around in golf carts, and the various events offered, it really is a special place! We had lunch delivered to the beach from the restaurant at Kiera's Pool and that is such an added bonus. We also did a private sand castle lesson which was so fun. It is just such an easy and low key vacation!While we loved the location and easy access of Blue Marlin we were disappointed that the owner was in the middle of completely re-doing it so it looked drastically different from the beachy, colorful condo we thought we had booked (and which was still depicted on the webpage). My kids cried when they saw the bunk room was no longer bright and colorful but instead had black pillows and blankets on the beds. We booked it because we loved how it looked so perhaps giving us a heads up about the major changes would have been the right thing to do, or even completing the work before the summer season so the pictures could be updated! Also, when we arrived the washing machine was broken, however CS's staff quickly replaced it the next day.Overall we were very happy and we hope the development continues to grow and add restaurants and things like putt-putt!

The beach water was warm and shallow so we were comfortable with the kids in the water without being too hands on. The Staff at the resort are remarkable and friendly and made this stay fantastic.

Reviewer Comments: Well my first impression upon entering the condo, front door very dirty & lock needs to be adjusted very difficult to lock. I would suggest that the outside entrance needs to be swept & front door cleaned, very grubby. The condo did not smell clean, stuffy & a food smell. Our trash can was broken & it took someone until the next day to temporary repair it. Overall condo was comfortable too many pillows everywhere, when you have young kids they cannot keep them in place. I would choose a different condo next time. Thank you

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is the perfect location on the property! The bedroom set up is great and the huge kitchen perfect for hanging out and cooking! A suggestion for the owner is to take out the excess in the kitchen and bedrooms. Every single drawer, cabinet, and shelf in the kitchen had something in/on them! Too many glasses, towels, decorations, etc taking up space. We had to consolidate drawers just to have a place to put our food and supplies. The 2nd bedroom also had 15-20 decorative pillows which we had to stack on the floor and maneuver around. The antique dressers are cute but hard to open and one was full of quilts which again we had to move elsewhere so we could put our clothes in there. The master bedroom mattress sank in the middle as well. Overall the good outweighed the bad, and we would stay in this condo again!

The unit is very clean and had everything we needed. We also like the ease of the location. First floor makes easy access to and from the car or golf cart. Perfect size for just our family. TV's are confusing to work but other than that we've enjoyed this property. We could also fit all 4 of our kids easily in the second bedroom which it makes it a win for us without breaking the bank, and a great place to get away but still be isolated.
