We were visiting family in the area and this was a great option to have our own space. The description was accurate, the tiny house was comfortable and clean.

Thank you for your positive review. We enjoyed hosting you and hope to see you again.
This property is well maintained and had everything we needed on-site. The owner was super friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property.
Overall we had a great visit. The tiny house matched that pictures online and had a comfortable bed, good air conditioning and a full size shower. There were however some items that made this 4 stars vs 5 stars. First they parked a full size camper right in front of the deck that kills the view. Secondly they didn’t check the soap for the shower which was running low, and the location is okay. It’s close to the main road so you hear cars zooming by while sitting on the deck and the other mobile homes near by weren’t great. Lastly they had a giant light in the front that you aren’t able to turn off so with little blinds in the bedroom it was very bright at night. If you can get over these things, the house itself is just fine.

Foster, thanks for choosing my property to stay in this weekend. I know the light outside is very bright and we have resolved this with blackout curtains. There were 2 bottles of body wash in the shower. 1 could be used for adults and babies because some of my guest have very sensitive skin. There was also soap in the bathroom drawers. Sorry the camper bothered you but there are 3 RV pads on property that we sometimes rent out. Yes it blocks the view to the easement road however, it does not block the view to the rest of the property or the sunset. All in all, we have a new, great place to rent that our guest enjoy.
