This one-of-a-kind cottage boasts one of the best outdoor spaces in the entire community of Linville Land Harbor! This home is also dog-friendly, so the entire family can join in on the fun. The oversized side porch features a covered lounge area complete with a wood-burning chiminea and a gas fire table, along with an open-air section furnished with an outdoor dining table. A private gas grill and additional dining table can be found on the back deck. The large, multi-tiered backyard comes fully enclosed for added privacy, with features including a stone patio, a firepit, and an array of outdoor seating options.

The inviting interior features beautiful tongue-and-groove ceilings, along with a gorgeous gourmet kitchen that serves as the perfect centerpiece for the home. Two separate, entry-level living areas each come equipped with a cozy gas fireplace. The sunroom adds another option for at-home leisure, while a dedicated office desk is set up for remote working convenience.

During your stay, be sure to enjoy the community's many great on-site amenities and features including a pool, tennis courts, fishing, golf, and a rec room.

Great place to stay around Boone!

We enjoyed this place so much! The listing was 100% accurate. The place was very clean. An older property but has been renovated with several modern conveniences. My husband & I with our 3 children were comfortable the whole time. The community is very quiet & felt very safe! Beautiful area & great place for the kids to play! Would love to stay here again!

Cozy cottage

The cottage is very well stocked. From kitchen ware, to towels and extra blankets. The yard was perfect for my dog. And the furniture was comfortable. Located close to great hiking. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed relaxing and look forward to returning in the future.

Mountain Escape

The house is very cute with lots of outdoor space. Tranquil and serene. The house is well equipped with everything you could possible need for cooking. We had a great time!
