Sun, sand and water - as far as the eye can see. With miles of Lake Michigan shoreline, one of Condé Nast Traveler’s Top 25 Beaches in the World, the Saugatuck/Douglas region shines all year long! This vacation home is a great getaway for a weekend or a week-long stay. You are within walking distance to charming downtown Douglas, steeped in fine art and cuisine; and a short drive to downtown Saugatuck. Downtown Saugatuck is a waterfront hot spot known for shopping, dining, and nightlife.



This rental is for the downstairs of the home only. This area is locked off with a separate entrance to the upstairs. This lower basement unit has two queen bedrooms, a living room area with a queen pull out couch, loveseat, and second couch, a full kitchen, and full bath. The front of the home features the outdoor area for this downstairs rental and has a fire pit with seating (seasonally). This is a wonderful vacation rental to retreat to after a fun filled day!

Lovely Place to Stay!

Had a really nice time in Douglas here. The location is perfect for exploring the town and the place itself was great. The only thing I wish was different was for the check-out time to be pushed back to 11am.

Easy and convenient location

We loved how close this house was to downtown. Parking was great- lots of room to open doors. Linens were very comfortable and high quality. Set-up was perfect for what we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Bright & Cozy

Spacious and clean with lots of seating. One soft bed and one firmer one. Great, quiet neighborhood. We're cold blooded so the temp was a little cool for us, but we turned the A/C up and it was pretty good. Perfect location for going to Saugatuck or Holland.
