Excellent place to stay!

We were very pleased with the overall stay, starting from check-in and throughout our stay. The place is very clean, beautifully decorated, and it has a very convenient location to both Saugatuck and Douglas. Having a popular restaurant with excellent food next door is a big plus as well! God willing, we would like to stay in this place during future visits to Saugatuck.

My husband and I stayed here with our toddler. It was absolutely perfect! Lots of room and the yard is very secluded. Also, by far the most comfortable bed I have ever encountered in a hotel or rental house!

Memorial Day weekend stay

Excellent property. Located just under a mile into downtown Saugatuck. Easy walk which we did both days we were there. Beautiful backyard which we and our dog thoroughly enjoyed. Had a small issue upon check in but property manager was immediately responsive and handled the situation. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Great rental option for small family!

This is a great rental option! We were very impressed by the style, cleanliness, and modern upgrades. The location is very central, and close to the historic district and beach (-5 min drive). There are towels, toiletries, and other basic necessities. It was a great stay!
