The 2 bed/2 bath property offers an example of life on a Victorian, in-town estate right in the heart of the quaint town of Summerville. The 1920s Guest House at Linwood is located on a two-acre historic estate in downtown Summerville with a beautiful garden and walking paths around the property that are open for guests to explore. There is a main house and three detached houses on the property. The 1920s Guest House is the house at the end of the driveway to the left.

Private History and Horticulture Tours of the 1883 Linwood estate are available upon request.

They created 'LINWOOD', Historic Home and Gardens, as an award winning B&B. As of 2019 their concentration is on providing rental accommodation to visitors who may be vacationing, working or relocating. They remain avid gardeners and eager hosts, helping guests who are renting their accommodations to enjoy the fascinating history and beautiful aspects of the South Carolina LowCountry.
