Charming and comfortable family style 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home located south of the highway on Ocean Road in Bridgehampton. The house has fabulous gardens with multiple sitting areas surrounding a heated salt water gunite pool... across from The Bridgehampton Golf Club. House is .5 mile to town and 1.75 to the ocean beach if you can leave the backyard beauty.

The gardens are SPECTACULAR! Cut a fresh bouquet every morning, pick some lettuce and tomatoes from our vegetable garden. There are 3 bluestone patios with teak seating, sunbrella cushions and umbrellas, a large stone table and also a 'shade table' for those hot summer days. An outdoor firepit for cooking hotdogs and s'mores and a new large Weber gas grill. There is a large outdoor shower, hammock, croquet, boulles, volleyball/badmiton net. If you're a bird lover, there are loads of birdhouses, feeders and birds all surrounded by a picket fence.

There is a large, bright blue and white first floor king master, bath with clawfoot tub and large walk -in shower, the country french dining room seats 10, there's a breakfast nook and loads of linens and serving pieces for entertaining. Stainless Steel appliances with a gas stove, dishwasher and everything you can imagine including All-clad cookware. Upstairs 4 bedrooms 2 baths, all charmingly decorated with nautical and shabby chic design. Nice linens, down pillows, down blankets and comforters. Ceiling fans throughout and central air.

Perfect special occasion house.

Everything was perfect, the house had plenty of room & stocked with anything you would need. The pool was large & warm, lots of fun toys to keep us happy. The yard & garden were lovely, even fresh lettuce to pick. The location, close to town for a nice selection of restaurants & grocery stores. A great beach only a short bike ride away, nice bikes provided. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning next spring.

Making memories

Beautiful property and gardens with plenty of outside seating. We love the proximity to town and the beach. The air-conditioning, water pressure and beds were all excellent. The kitchen and pantry a stock with basic cooking ingredients like oil, vinegar and just a bit any spice you can think of. There are plenty of towels for showering and for the beach. In addition, kathy has a shed filled with bicycles, pool floats and array of outdoor games to keep the family busy. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful time in Bridgehampton

This house was perfect for our girls' getaway for a long weekend. Tons of space, very clean, and walking distance to tons of restaurants! Kathy was incredibly helpful, checking in on us and giving us lots of great recommendations. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Getaway even in the rain!

My friends and I booked this house for Memorial Day weekend and had the best time. Kathy is the hostess with the mostest! The house had everything we needed to entertain, the pool is amazing even in colder rainy weather, and Kathy was so helpful before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this listing, not only for the house but also for Kathy!

This property is the perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Kathy has a charming home and provides EVERYTHING you need for your stay! The location is key: short walk to town, bike ride to the beach(she provides bikes) and easy car ride to sag harbor, south hampton and east hampton. If you are looking for a beautiful yard and pool area for your family to enjoy, this home is the perfect choice. Kathy is a gracious host. I highly reccommend her home.

Amazing location, beautiful property!

We could not have had a better experience here. Kathy was so warm, welcoming and generous - offering the best recommendations on how to spend our weekend in lovely Bridgeharbor. The house is wonderful and accommodated our group of 9 perfectly. The pool is to die for and the location could not be easier - walking distance to town and the beach. Five stars all around!

Perfection!

We had the most fabulous stay here for a long girls getaway weekend in May. The owner went out of her way to exceed all of our expectations. The house was immaculate. Well decorated. You can tell she loves her home - and we did too! Perfect for entertaining - plenty of seating for big groups. She should sell tickets to the master bathroom shower - the best water pressure ever! We lucked out with the weather and enjoyed an entire afternoon gabbing by the pool and enjoying some local wine. She was kind enough to leave some wine, dips and cheese in the fridge for us to enjoy after a long day of travel. She was easy to reach in case we had a question about the house and had great suggestions about where and what to do! Will definitely be back. The house is a quick (3 min or less) drive into town or about a 15 minute walk.

Beautiful home, wonderful location!

What a wonderful Hamptons experience! Our stay was wonderful, fun and relaxing! Everything about this home is perfect for a comfortable get-away. You'll feel right at home the minute you walk in the door. The owner has perfected everything about the home's ambiance--from the bedrooms, kitchen, family living room, farmhouse dining room, to the beautiful patio and backyard. It's very close to Bridgehampton shops and restaurants, and I was able to take runs to the beach just down the road.

Wonderful home, with enchanting grounds!

What a great place! Very charming and "beachy". We felt right at home from the time we first got to this wonderful house. The backyard is over-the-top gorgeous and the pool area is lovely. We loved walking to the Town of Bridgehampton and biking around the beautiful surrounding area. The beach is just down the road and is among the best in the country. Kathy, the owner, thought of everything and our stay here was memorable, fun and relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful visit!

The photos are lovely, but the home is so much more in real life. I wish I could have stayed for the whole summer! The pool and outdoor shower are a must to try. The comfortable appointments inside make you feel at home, whether to read a book or cook a great meal for 10. Close to the beach and town shopping. We'll be back!

Bridge Hampton at its best!

This house has everything you want to make your Hamptons experience amazing: The location south of the highway and a short bike ride to the beach can't be beat. But, a day hanging out at the swimming pool is pretty fantastic. The house is spacious and light with all the amenities you need to chill out with family and friends.

I stayed at this charming home with friends in 2009 & found it to be the perfect place to gather & relax. A quiet location that is close to town & the beach, but I doubt if you'll want to leave the beautiful backyard & it's gardens!! I'm looking forward to my next visit here in a few weeks!!

Our stay at this fabulous home is the reason my family fell in love with Bridgehampton. The house is charmingly well decorated. The kitchen is a cook's dream, and all the rooms are very generous in size. And, although the location is perfect, we never want to leave the beautiful grounds.....simply enchanting!

Perfect stay in every way......

We have stayed at this charming house for many years and always enjoyed our stay. The property is gorgeous with heated pool, flowers, lush landscaping and many seating/dining possibilities. You will have expansive views and privacy yet town/beach/transportation/retail shops all closeby. This feels like a country french home where entertaining and friends/family take priority with ease and grace. The home comes fully furnished with everything one needs for entertaining on a small or grand scale. It has truly been one of our best holidays at this wonderful home.

The location is ideal as it is close to both town and the beach, set on private 3/4 acre and close to Citarella, L & W market, Round Swamp Farm and Loaves and Fishes gourmet stores so close means you never have to get onto Montauk Highway. Many farm stands are within 2 miles, If you do venture further, the house is very close to King Kullen and the Bridgehampton Commons Center with all the conveniences.
