Amazing location but horrible management

The home is beautiful and is located perfectly close to Culver City restaurants, entertainment and more. Close to LAX and feels very safe. The negatives : property management is pretty much non existent. The downstairs bedroom has no blinds or window treatments whatsoever. Upon check in we kindly asked the management company to put some type of window coverings in the room, as we have small children with us. We couldn’t sleep in the downstairs room as neighboring lights were shining inside all night long. We stacked pillows to help reduce the light but it barely helped. Also the electrical in the kitchen is flawed. If you try to run more than 1 appliance at a time, the 20 amp breaker will trip. (No big deal, but had to re set breaker 4-5x). Numerous times throughout our stay we nicely texted , called, messaged via Vrbo etc with management and finally 3 days later they wrote back saying they would “see what they could do”. Considering by day 5 nothing was done, and no communication whatsoever, we decided that we would mention this in our review. As owners of rental properties , we know how important communication is. The reason we won’t return here or rent from this company is the lack of professionalism and responsiveness. In summary, the house is amazing and a great value. The location is prime. The management company is the worst we’ve ever experienced and we travel 8-10 times a year. Hence the 1 star review.
