About this property

Enjoy our newly constructed cottage by the sea. This cute cottage has everything you could want for a perfect relaxing getaway. you will feel like you're on the bow of the ship the ocean is so close. You can hear the waves from every room on the house; the first thing you will see when you open your eyes in the morning is the sea. The views are spectacular. There is a first floor master bedroom, with French doors that open onto the deck. Sip your coffee on the deck and then take a walk on the miles of family-owned wooded trails right out the back door. This is the perfect place to come and sit, read and relax. If you need like a night out, Rockland and Camden (20 and 40 mins respectively) offer excellent dining options as well as galleries and shopping.

We own the cottage next door as well (VRBO 174769), we occasionally rent them together for larger gatherings. Although there is a cottage next door, we constructed the new cottage to have excellent privacy.

This property has been in my family for generations, we have brought our kids here for holidays and summers, they are growing up and we built this cottage in anticipation of the next generation!
