The home was really good for a few cheer families to stay in for Summit! However spa and pool heat weren’t working. Could use a deep clean abe paint touch ups but to be expected in a vacation rental. Overall we really enjoyed the home and value.

This home is beautiful and very clean. So many things to do in the home from the family area with adult games provided and the game room for kids that are gamers, the pool was nice and warm. The owner replied quickly when we had questions. My family and i enjoyed every night stayed at this home. I look forward to booking another stay here. Thank you for your hospitality. -FRAZIER FAMILY

We had a large group of 13 people, ages 1 to 61. There was enough space for all of us. The bedrooms were spacious, the game room was great for the kids, and the pool was a plus as well. The house was clean when we arrived. You could tell that someone had a party in it because there were a few items that had been broken, such as the lights in one of the bedrooms and the bed frame on the bunk beds in one of the rooms; however, you could tell that the host had tried to have it repaired enough for us to use it. The only real issue we had were ants on the front porch. We had one child and one adult get covered in them while standing waiting to get into a vehicle. And there is a racoon who visits the front porch every night looking for the garbage. The kids thought that was great, the adults not so much. Overall, I gave this one a five stars and will be booking it again the next time I come to Disney.

The A/C for the game room and one of the bedrooms was not working the outside but the pool was very dirty and the front porch. There were no grills and in the pictures it has a grill. We bought so many things to grill and wasted our money.

A Perfect Getaway

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful vacation rental! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean and stylish the home was. The modern amenities made everything incredibly convenient which included smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, and great Wi-Fi amongst other things. We also loved spending time in the pool, which was perfect for the kids. It was clear that the hosts put a lot of thought into making this a luxurious yet comfortable space, and they were extremely responsive and helpful from start to finish.I can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a peaceful, modern retreat with all the comforts of home, this is the one!

We stayed at this property for a week. Property was very dirty. Food spills and crumbs on the floor and beds through out the house. When arrived. 1 bed was missing. They said they would have it replaced before we came and didn't. I did contact the host, very nice offered a refund for the cleaning fee. Us guest cleaned up most of the mess to help provide our party with a clean stay. Then we had remotes to lights and tv with no batteries, 1 dish washer pod, 2 bathrooms without shampoo. Very limited towels. We purchased batteries as we needed lights and tv. More dishwasher pods and dish soap. Because they said they would bring some and never did. They did somewhat help make the stay better. Comped a grill for us to use. Which was very nice. I just feel like for 1700 it could of been better. Lots of the guest were stressed during this stay which made it upsetting for me to recommend this.

The home was in a great area, very spacious and roomy, plenty of room to sleep and shower for a big family or large group. The kids enjoyed the themed rooms, game room, and pool. The house is very comfortable it felt very homely. The host was accommodating and quick to respond and answer questions. We enjoyed the complimentary usage of the resort pool and tiki bar. Walmart and restaurants are nearby and made it easy during our stay. I plan on booking this home again on my next visit to Orlando if it is available as a rental. We absolutely enjoyed this vacation rental.

Home away from home. This was a great home to rent. Clean and spacious, exceeded my expectations. Home had everything needed to be at home, the kitchen was well stocked so cooking meals was a breeze. Towels in the bathroom if needed. Resort/neighborhood is nice and welcoming. I didn’t have any issues that required me to contact host. I would definitely rent again.
