Beautifully furnished home with upgrades, bedrooms with the added luxury of euro pillow top mattresses that help to ensure a good night sleep after a day at the parks and shopping.

We have installed new tv's throughout the home and provided one in every room .

Our villa has an extended six foot deck pool area, which is very rare in this community, allows for more loungers for you to enjoy the Amazing oasis with no rear neighbors. The screened in pool area is perfect for you to enjoy the outdoors with the comfort and protection from insects. We have a child proof fence for the pool area.

Another Amazing Stay

We love staying at this property, we have stayed here I believe now 4 times. It’s perfect for the size of our family and it’s always clean and in a perfect location. The host is absolutely amazing and resolves any problems if you have any. This will always be our first choice to stay and have even changed the dates of our vacation to book this house!

Great home. Great owner

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The home was huge, clean, and a great place to relax. Pool and hot tub were great, with palm trees overlooking a very relaxing back yard. Booking and check in was very easy, and communication with owner Cathy, was very nice and pleasant throughout. She clearly cares about her clients, and provides a beautiful home for families to come and enjoy in a very nice gated community. We would definitely go back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay just minutes from Disney. Thank you Cathy!

Disney/Universal large family trip.

Perfect place to stay with large family that wants to experience Disney. We had 11 individuals, and we visited all the parks (Universal and all Disney parks). The location was great, the house provided everything we needed and was in close proximity to the parks and stores. We started our day with having breakfast and packing lunches for our days at the parks. We came back to the house to relax and have dinner. The kids loved playing in the pool. A nice way to settle down after long days in the parks. The community was very clean and quiet.

Beautiful home in great neighborhood

We had contact with Cathy before our visit and during our visit. She answered any questions we had and was available anytime we needed. Pool and Jacuzzi were heated when we arrived. From the time our kids got up in the morning until the evening, they lived in the pool when we were st the house. No complaints on this end and we look forward to staying annually at this home. A huge thank you to Cathy and John for allowing us to enjoy their little piece of paradise!

Great location and very clean

We had a great stay at this property. It was close to restaurants, stores and parks. The reservation/ check-in process was smooth. The owners were lovely - reached out by phone and email before and during our stay. The house was one of the cleanest rental houses that I’ve stayed at in the area. My only criticisms are that there was no games room for the kids - but we were so busy with other activities and the pool was beautiful. The only other criticism is the distribution of bathrooms. There were 4 in total but only 1 on the second floor and one of the bedrooms on the main floor had to use this one for showers. We had 6 people fighting for one shower/ bathroom everyday :). But that is just how the house was built - not the fault of the fabulous owners. I would still recommend this home to families looking for a clean rental in a great location. Also, the clubhouse in the gated community was fabulous! The kids loved the sports facilities and the pool.

The property was ideal for our multi generational family of ten. Plenty of room, clean with a plentiful supply of linen, plates, pots and pans. The pool was a great hit with everyone. Location only ten minutes from Disney was great Communication with Cathy the host was exemplary and very understanding when we had an issue early in the booking process. We will certainly be back when we next visit Disney. Thanks Cathy for letting us stay in your lovely home .

We had a great stay! The house is in a beautiful location, it’s spacious and very well appointed for a larger family or group. Fantastic house in a fantastic location

Had a family trip where everyone was coming from different places and meeting at this house. Very nice and accurately described in the listing. Highly recommend this listing and its location is fabulous for the theme parks or just hanging out around the pool.

Responsive Host, Accurate Listing

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The listing was accurate, the house was clean, and the one time I had to message Cathy (my mistake, not hers) she was very responsive. The pool area was large and we did pay to have it heated so we could enjoy the hot tub. I’d definitely stay here again. Minor tweaks would be nice, but they are similar to other VRBO’s so definitely not big deals. 1. If they provided laundry detergent, we could have washed towels while there. 2. We had to purchase more trash bags. 3. Only 1 mini bottle of shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom, so just be aware to bring your own.

Family Florida Vacation 2025

My family of 8 stayed at John and Cathy's home over April vacation 2025, and I can honestly say we had the most enjoyable experience. I had never rented through VRBO before, and was very nervous about what it would be like. I shouldn't have worried at all! The house and pool were clean, there were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, storage containers (I actually cooked Easter Dinner on Sunday). We were able to visit Disney three of the days during our stay, and the kids opted to hang out at the pool during the other three days. Having the dishwasher, washer and dryer on site made packing so easy! I would highly recommend their home to anyone looking to vacation in the Kissimmee/Orlando area.

Great vacation home!

We had a great time staying at this property. The owners were wonderful and prompt in responding to a few issues that were outside of the home. Only down side was not having a game room, but that was our fault for not realizing when reviewing the photos of the property. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and were thankful for a great home to stay in.

Disney Family Vacation

I don’t have one negative thing to say about this property. Cathy was always helpful, and this property is convenient to so many things. The layout of the house is perfect for extended family to have their own little areas if wanted or needed for naps etc. for little ones. Will definitely return here

We are Canadians who rented for two years at Windsor Palm Resort and could not believe that a place like this actually existed. What a concept to have the best of both worlds to be able to enjoy the parks and then unwind and relax in the comforts of a home. To have the luxury of a home away from home at an incredible luxury resort with more amenities that you can imagine so close to Disney and all the parks available in Orlando.

Why they chose this property

We just loved the resort community. We felt so incredibly safe in this gated community, so after renting for a number of years, we realized this would hopefully one day be a place we could retire at.

What makes this property unique

We love having the comforts of home away from home. Having our own private pool. Being in a a gated community and having the amenities at the clubhouse like the volley ball courts, work out facility, theatre and sundry shop. I am so pleased with the management and the level of service at the clubhouse and taking care of everyone of our guests.
