Quaint one bedroom, one loft (with 2 twin beds) and one bath modern bungalow. It has a private backyard and covered patio. This updated luxury home is near everything you need! Quick walk to two different bus stops that will take you to Crested Butte, a few blocks from Downtown Gunnison, across the street from Western Colorado University and much more!

There is an additional $90 pet fee. Please make sure to include your pet in the guest count to ensure they are included in the booking.

Cute and convenient place!

We stayed here with my two older parents and our dogs. We had everything we needed and were able to get into town easily due to its closeness to campus and Main Street. The yard was perfect for our dogs to relax. Great place to stay!

Connor was born and raised in Gunnison, CO. His family owns the antler store, also known as Traders Rendezvous. Connor had the opportunity to go play football out of state in college but chose to stay here and play for the Mountaineers. Looking back, he is so glad he made the choice to stay. With the endless amount of activities this valley has to offer he knew he wanted to stay here and raise his kids with the same opportunities he had growing up. He and his wife now have two little kids they get to raise where everyone dreams of vacationing!

Why they chose this property

We wanted something in town and close to all the activities. Walking/biking distance to all the restaurants, bars, coffee shops and parks you can't go wrong with this location!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this homes modern and updated finishes. Everything was well thought out and the top of the line products were chosen to complete this house. We love the simplicity and luxury feel this home brings as soon as you step foot in the door.
