This awesome apartment is located in a beautiful historic building in downtown Tulsa. It's conveniently located for anything you're wanting to walk to downtown. This space is comfy and cozy with a great view!

Great value!

My husband and I came to Tulsa to check out the Woody Guthrie and Bob Dylan museums, Reconciliation Park, and Gathering Place on the recommendation of a Tulsa native. Jessica's apartment is in a great location to walk most of these places. It is very roomy, extremely clean with updated decor. You can park for $8 a day if you don't mind moving your car a couple of times (overnight parking on the street is free). Otherwise, plan on spending about $20/day. Very pleasant stay!

Thank you for your review Nancy! So glad you enjoyed your stay. However, for clarification with future guests reading this review, I’m not sure where $20/day is coming from. 🥴 No other guests have ever stated it was anything different from what I relay in the check in instructions. Tenants would not be able to afford living here at that rate. Street parking is $1/hr between 8-5pm Mon-Fri but holidays and weekends are free.
