Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used towels beside washing machine
Remove all trash. Community trash dumpster is located on Woodlands Way towards town.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Cannabis or illegal drugs permitted on property No smoking
Gas grill is only to be used on driveway outside of garage
Fire pit is to be used on rock driveway away from the house. It is renters responsibility to abide by current local fire burning ordinances and laws.

We’ve been coming to Cloudcroft for Thanksgiving for several years and this property is by far the best place we’ve stayed. It’s beautiful, spacious enough for family yet also cozy. We loved the daily mule deer visits! We’d definitely rent again!

We loved our short stay at this cabin. It was in a beautiful location and was perfect for our family. My only minor complaint is that there was no toaster, but we adjusted. Highly recommend!

Amazing place that feels like home

From the stunning location to the charming interior decor, this cabin is absolutely beautiful! It’s well-equipped with everything you could need and offers plenty of space. While the downstairs area got a bit chilly, the bedroom with the bunk beds had an electric heater that kept it warm and cozy. It was the perfect family getaway!
