Enjoyed our stay

We had a short but nice stay in T107. The reservation process was easy. Jean, the owner was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. We love the Maui Banyan and stay there every time we travel to Maui. We would definitely try and stay in T107 during our next visit!

Overall it was a good stay. The room was as pictured with a lot of space. Very nice layout and comfortable. Has a sitting area in porch and next to bedroom. Close to the pool but unit was in the back of a large condo development so you have to drive to anywhere you want to go. Nice beach across the street and in a good location with shopping and restaurants nearby. Nice BBQ units by pool. The grounds are well kept. Kitchen has about everything you need. Nice bed and nice shower. Has beach chairs which I wish she would have noted in unit description as we rented some chairs. Our biggest gripe This unit has a shared door with adjoining room ( I think most units in our hall were like this). and the walls are pretty thin. We could hear our neighbors whenever they talked. The TV doesn’t have cable or regular live TV or ESPN so TV is mostly reruns of old series. No coffee which was unusual for the VRBO’s we have stayed. Overall a good but not great stay.

Very convenient and spacious place

So far it was very pleasant stay since everything is so near by and accessible. Property was well maintained besides too noisy till late night since right next to the pool. Bed was super soft and uncomfortable and sofa bed was making noise and not comfortable. Very convenient to connect with the host and his direction for the property was very precise. Overall our trip was pleasant besides restless sleep.

10 Days in Kihei

We have come to Kihei almost every year for the past decade and this was one of our favorite rentals ever. This was a fantastic property full of all the little things that make a vacation easy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need: corkscrew, grilling tools, chip clips, and a rice maker! There were plenty of linens, tons of extra pillows, and all the supplies we needed to hit the beach. The condo was clean and just a quick walk to the beach and local restaurants. Our communication with the owner was easy and messages were returned very quickly. We hope to stay here again next year!

Wonderful Condo

We loved our stay in Kihei at this condo. We stayed with our 4 year old son. The pullout couch is very comfortable and the condo is stocked with lots of linens and so many towels for the beach and pool. There are toys for younger kids and games for families. It comes with everything you need for a day at the beach. The pool is steps from the back door. The kitchen is great and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family and we hope to come again to stay in it someday.
