Welcome to Pinto 68, one of Old Town Scottsdale's top new vacation rentals. Located in the heart of all that Old Town has to offer including the Valley's top dining, nightlife, and shopping. Home has been remodeled from end to end with high end finishes throughout. No details were overlooked in making this a vacation spot to create memories with family or friends. The space
Home was completely remodeled in 2022 with top of the line finishes throughout. You will notice the attention to detail the minute step through the door. Open concept that centers around the fully stocked kitchen with custom island. Cozy city area around the fireplace and media room with plenty of seating for the family. Plenty of games to enjoy while here. Get in a game of billiards in the game room or play corn hole with friends in the backyard. Master bedroom retreat is spacious and features an additional sleeping space with a fold out futon. Luxurious master bath with soaker tub and large walk in shower. All bedrooms feature comfortable beds and quality linens for a good nights sleep.
Backyard Oasis with optional heated pool and hot tub for soaking up that AZ sun! Plenty of seating in the backyard. There is a covered patio area for staying out of the sun or loungers around the pool.
You really can't beat this location if you are looking to stay in Old Town Scottsdale. Just minutes to Old Town shops and Fashion Square Mall which serves as the hub for everything Old Town. A Great spot for Super Bowl Fans, Spring Training Baseball, and Waste Management Open.

Pool may be heated for additional $75 per day or $450 per week.
No unregistered guests are allowed at the property without consent of the hosts. The amount of people you book for is the amount of people allowed at the home.
Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance of stay for pool heating as it does take time to heat. The spa can always be heated at no cost.
Must be 25 years of age to rent home and ID may be required.
No local bookings without 3.5 star reviews or approval from host.
Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced as this is a city ordinance.
Pets are allowed but must be approved prior to booking. A $150 pet fee will apply to any approved pets.
No smoking is allowed on the property. Any signs of smoking will result in a $2000 fine.

All dwelling units, including vacation rentals and short-term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona recently enacted a state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 which enables cities and HOA's to obtain information about short-term renter's contact data, group composition, and vehicle data.
An online occupancy portal has been established to make the process of providing your group's information easy, and to take very little time.
* The primary renter must be 25 or older. ID verification is required for all renters.
* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy is required prior sending out arrival information.
(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting vehicle(s) and/or using ride-share services.
* Facilities Use Safety Notice & Indemnification.
All renters are required to read and digitally sign a one-page Safety Notice designed to ensure that everything possible is done to help people occupying the property to stay safe during their stay. (REQUIRED)
* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.
* Cancelation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. All Renters who purchase "Cancel for any Reason" (CFAR) insurance coverage within three days of booking will be reimbursed 50% of the CFAR insurance premium cost within one week after the Renter's stay has successfully concluded.
(a) Time Change Policy: All changes to the pre-established standard times for arrival and departure are considered REQUESTS only, until expressly approved by your Host. All arrival and departure time change requests must be requested in advance on your online occupancy portal. Requests for arrival and departure time changes will not be approved until the morning of the arrival and the day before the departure, and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text your host's Property Services Desk for updated information on the day of your arrival for early-arrival updates, and the day before your departure for late-departure updates.
(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. In all instances, anyone arriving to the property before receiving explicit arrival authorization, or overstaying your authorized departure time, will incur a $100 fee for violating your Host's Arrival and Departure House Rules Policy.
Return of Personal Property: Any and all personal property left at the property upon departure may be collected from the property at a pre-arranged day and time, subject to the field staff's schedule and availability to meet at the property. In all cases, if personal property is not able to be picked up at the property, and delivery of personal property is requested, the charge associated with arranging and paying for the return of personal property is $75 service fee, plus the actual costs associated with mail and/or delivery charges.
