Jim was great to work with. The whole process of booking to check in and check out was very smooth. Jim always responded very quickly throughout the process to answer any questions we may have had. The picture of the view does not do it justice !!!!!! View was amazing. Also get a wonderful ocean breeze that helps keep it cool outside on the balcony even during the hottest part of the day. I can only think of one thing that I wished the condo had . More seating on the balcony. But even that was fine. It was only a thing a couple times the entire week. My family and I would recommend staying at this condo. And will likely stay again in the future ! Thanks Jim !!!

This beachfront condo is conveniently located close to all of the restaurants, stores and attractions. The condo was clean, stocked and beautifully decorated. The owner Jim was friendly, helpful and returned call/texts immediately. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Our family has vacationed several times in North Myrtle Beach. This was by far our favorite location. Directly on the beach and very close to all our favorite restaurants and attractions. The condo has a well equipped kitchen, as well as, great pool and ocean views. You won’t be disappointed!

I had known about A Place at the Beach IV and have stayed there before, just not in James' unit. It's a great location, great complex.. each unit has a good view because of the layout. Complex is clean and well maintained. James, my host, is excellent to deal with and we we're in frequent communication and I found him easy to deal with and reach quickly. I will be staying here again.

Condo had everything you need from stocked kitchen to beach chairs and umbrellas. Beautiful view!! Perfect location!! Condo looked better than pictured! Jim was quick to respond with any questions and checked in with us while on our stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot!

We love A Place at the Beach IV and have stayed several times. This Unit was our favorite with a perfect view of the pool and the ocean. A close walk down the hall to the beach and always so many other things to do in the area. The owner was personable and always available to answer questions. We look forward to next time!

This condo was a great choice for our family. It met all of our needs, was well equipped and Jim was great with communication. He was easily reached and responded quickly with any questions we had. We would definitely consider staying here again, as we love the location.

Great time.

Enjoyed the entire vacation stay. Condo was great, close to everything thing. Jim (owner) was great to work with. Condo was awesome. Kids had a great time in the ocean!! Looking forward to future trips down to Myrtle beach. So much to do and not enough time. Roy of the security staff is a great asset to the the place. Greeted you with a smile and a wave. Always a made sure to ask if we were enjoying are trip. Thanks Jim.

Loved the location, really enjoyed the beach and all it offers. Had much to do and see.

Very clean. Owner was easy to reach and professional. Property is located about middle way in the building which is a very short walk down a hall and you are on the beach. All you would ever need for a stay there. Pool was very clean and the grounds are well kept. Would definitely go there again.

A Condo on the Beach

The Condo is right on the Beach! Walk out the door and you are there! It is a family friendly condo community and is in a great location for shopping and other adventures. It has a very large pool as well as a kiddie pool. Each Condo is privately owned and the unit I rented was updated and on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view.

Perfect place for family

Jim is excellent to work with- very open communication. The condo is exactly as pictured clean and well kept. It is well appointed for an enjoyable week long stay. The beds were comfy we did bring our own pillows and linens the laundry facilities (coin operated) are right next to this condo makes it very easy to do laundry. The pool is great I do recommend bringing a small float so you can enjoy the deeper end - the entire place was very peaceful our building was full but we never heard any of the neighbors 10 stars definitely recommend
