Welcome to your ultimate getaway nestled in the prestigious Davis Shores neighborhood of Saint Augustine. This 2BR/2bath, 2LR oasis offers an exceptional blend of comfort & convenience.

Start your day on the lanai with a cup of coffee or take a leisurely bike ride to the Bridge of Lions (bikes provided!) . This property is close to everything Saint Augustine has to offer including historic downtown (just a mile away), Beach, restaurants and shopping galore. You can't beat this location!
The space

During your stay, you can cool off in the private pool right beside the screened-in lanai. The inside space is made for relaxation, whether you're diving into a good book, watching a movie or sharing stories from the day. Each room, living room, and patio are fitted with a smart TV, allowing you to unwind with your favorite shows after a day of exploration. The fully-equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare home-cooked meals, and the in-house smoker is ready for those who enjoy a nice surf 'n turf or barbecued feast.

*Room for 2 vehicles in the driveway

*The lawn is mowed and pool and hot tub are serviced weekly. Please remain out of the backyard during these times and do not swim a half hour upon cleaning and go in hot tub 2 hours after cleaning.

*The home includes 2 door alarms for the pool. Please set pool alarms for any minors and do not leave children unattended on the patio/ lanai area.

Location was convenient and near many visitor opportunities. The hot tube was a bonus. Everything was functional. The bikes were nicely equipped for beach goers. The house decor was not our style and was cheaply furnished. The bedspread was very dirty and all items were worn and outdated. The kitchen had everything but looked like 30 years of a collection of everything. The house was extremely damp and all our belongings smelled of mildew. Not worth all the money we spent.

What a amazing week in exuma. House had a ton of room for us and our 4 kids (adult and teens) location was super easy and close to airport. Selling point was a generator however it wasnt working half the week due to battery but understand 100%. Totally get it things break and it is hard to repair quickly. Any issues we had they were ALL over it and SUPER fast. We didnt have many. It was an amazing week. Beach is amazing!! On windy days we had pool day which handled 4 adults and 2 teens. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals. Property manager was literally amazing!!! She always answered and helped me w other things not just the rental. I would 100% rent this property again!!!!

Hot tub and pool were great for tired feet, as was the screened in back porch/patio. Two good bikes for riding around residential neighborhood and over to the ocean. Two of our three people are wildlife photographers. Being around the corner from the Alligator Farm Rookery was important to us. will definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood of Davis Shores is a newly discovered area for us! It's shaded with the most beautiful Floridian trees and surrounded with unique homes and tropical landscape. In the morning, there's always a few people taking walks with a friend or their dogs. The inner-coastal waters are visible from several streets, including the one of our home! The top of the neighborhood is home of the Alligator farm which is one of the St. Augustine's favorite family attractions! Several restaurants including Mojo Tacos and the famous Osteens (our favorite) are walkable from the home.

What makes this property unique

Hands down the location and our screened in patio is what is most unique from other properties in the area!

In addition, new smart tvs in all the rooms, plus plenty of extra space to spread out between our two living spaces!
