This beautiful and spacious 1920’s home is centrally located in Lawrence, Kansas and is walking distance to the KU campus and 1 block from downtown Lawrence. The home overlooks the famous South Park and has breathtaking park views of its stunning trees and gardens. This home was fully renovated in 2023 with attention to detail throughout the home to keep that 1920’s charm. Please come stay and enjoy all that Lawrence has to offer! Our family truly loves this home, and we hope you do as well.

Cleanest home I've stayed in to date! Water pressure was amazing! The distance to the local shops and restaurants was perfect for our stay. Having a daily walk through the park was calming and safe. The amenities in the house and having a fully stocked home with ALL the housewares, is the best I've seen from any VRBOs. Wonderful home base in Lawrence

We stayed as a group of friends visiting Lawrence for our high school reunion. This home was a great place for us to relax and catch up, centrally located to everything that we wanted to do. It was great to be able to walk directly downtown to eat or shop, and driving elsewhere in town was super simple, too. A very comfortable and relaxing stay!
