Enjoy nightly sunsets from this beautiful, comfortable home set on the waters' edge with123' of private water frontage on highly desirable Merrymeeting Lake. Incredible lake & mountain views from all 3 levels. Officially a 3 bedroom home, there are 5 sleeping areas with plenty of room for a family reunion or a week away with friends. Top floor has large primary bedroom (1) with King bed; Bedroom (2) with Queen bed; Full bath with soaking tub. Main level has large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, large dining room, and expansive living room with high ceilings and plenty of room for everyone to relax. Main level also has a bath with shower. Lower level has bedroom (3) with Queen bed. Bonus Room (4) has a Full bed. Lakefront level family room (5) has 2 Bunkbeds, sleeping up to 4 kids & a foldout Queen sofa. Lower level also has a bath with shower. Sliding glass doors open onto grassy yard....steps to the water. New outdoor dining table seats 10, gas grill, fire pit & lounge chairs. Swim raft, private dock, 2 canoes, 2 kayaks & stand up paddle board provided. Sandy bottomed, crystal clear water for boating, swimming & fishing. New 15 mile hiking trail around the lake. Minutes from public boat & sandy beach. Short drive to Winnipesaukee, Wolfeboro. NOTE: TENANTS NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN LINENS (SHEETS & TOWELS)

Lake House Living

The location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do from skiing, snow tubing, trail hiking, outlets and the ride to the Ice Castles was reasonably. We felt like we did so much but it was great to get back to the house and enjoy the views and the company. Plenty of space clean and very comfortable overall. It was nice that they had a armoire in the second floor bathroom that had the toiletries and items people usually forget on a trip :-)

Hidden Gem

We are from NH but moved to Tennessee. Looking to move back and wanted to explore the lake life. This was a great spot for that. Even though it rained the whole time and was cold we still enjoyed ourselves. With the loss of a family member on Christmas Day this was a break we needed. The host was accommodating and had us all set up well. Would highly recommend staying here !
