Newly renovated Large Family Ski/Golf Escape! Sleeps 14! On 6th tee.

Our families home is located in Schuss Mountain Village, which is a year-round resort. The vista from our backyard looking down the 6th fairway is amazing. The huge deck is a perfect place to have a bonfire and end your day. Our home is also feet from major snowmobile access as well as the Pine-cone cross-country ski trail. It will be easy to catch 1st chair since Schuss Mountain is less than a mile away!


The house is set up to entertain! The centerpiece is a beautiful large wood burning fireplace and lots of seating to watch a game or a movie. The kitchen opens into the main room of the home, so the cooks can socialize with everyone else. There is a large game room attached to the main level as well, which has video game access, and a large dual ping pong/pool table. There is a washer/dryer in a large mudroom that also has an industrial boot dryer. The entire 1st floor was renovated in 2025. There is also a full-bathroom on the main level. For your comfort, there are new mini-split for AC/heat on the main level, and in each bathroom.


Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 wooden bunk beds in each, which are ideal for a boys and girls room. One room has a twin over twin and a twin over queen bunk. The other room has 2 full over full sized bunks. There is another bedroom with a queen bed. The master bedroom is very large and has a queen bed as well as a queen sleeper sofa. The master bath has 2 sinks, a separate shower area and a jetted tub. There are 2 bathrooms on the main hall upstairs, one with a shower.


HIghspeed WiFi, a smart TV and 2 X-boxes with TVs are yours to enjoy. YouTube TV, HBOMax are loaded on the TV. We also have a putting mat so you can practice before your tee time.


Some of our favorite places to visit are all within a 5 to 10-minute drive, and include Lake Bellarie, Shorts Brewery, Mammoth Distillery, the Corner Bistro, the Nest, and the Lakeview Restaurant.
