Very cute and trendy house. Older on the outside but updated on the inside. Nice TV’s for watching football, ping ping, foos ball and a fun electronic game table with tons of games. Perfect for three couples. One bathroom on main floor and one in the basement. Very clean.

My entire family stayed here to celebrate my daughter’s graduation and it was the perfect place! We were close to the dining and the Arena. The large, clean, well-furnished kitchen made entertaining easy and comfortable. Lots of sleeping space for people to spread out, plus a game room in the basement for the kids! Host made sure we were treated wonderfully. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable home with everything that we needed for our girls golf trip...and close to the courses. Will definitely remember the Milk and Cookie house for the next time we come up to Sioux Falls.

Comfy beds, fun basement!

We stayed for 3 nights and slept so well in the comfy beds. I would recommend the home for a close family due to the location of bathrooms in the house. The basement was great to keep my kiddo entertained with the game table and ping pong.

Birthday weekend

Came to town to help celebrate my adult daughter’s birthday weekend. This house was perfect to hold a larger group with outdoor and indoor games/activities for us to do while we spent time at the house. Centrally located. Would stay here again…no hesitation!
