Relax and unwind at the official Milk and Cookies House, well equipped with all the essential amenities you'll need to have a sweet stay! The outdoor area boasts an official corn hole set up and the downstairs has a game room featuring ping pong, foosball, and an infinity game table.

@themilkandcookieshouse Each room has been thoughtfully designed with fun modern decor to enhance your experience. The bedrooms include 1 King Bed and 1 Queen Bed on the main floor, and 2 Queens upstairs. Extra places to sleep include two couches (both of which are not sofa beds).

The main living room stretches open to the dining area. If you're looking to relax and chill, our house offers 3 Roku TV’s so you can bring your own log in info to catch up on your favorite shows while sinking into the extra long sectional in the basement.

The kitchen is well equipped with plates, bowls, mugs, cups, utensils, and essential cookware to meet your cooking needs!

House rules:
Due to ALLERGIES this is a PET FREE environment. If an animal is brought on property, you will be charged a $1,000 fee to professionally remove pet dander.

No SMOKING inside home or garage. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, vaping, e-cigarettes, and marijuana. A $1000 fine will be billed to the card on file if this rule is broken.

Quiet hours start at 10 pm out of respect for the neighbors. Any activities in the home or on the property must remain "low-key" and non-disruptive.

*Note: (Cornhole available seasonally from March to October weather permitting.) Please note we are in the process of growing grass in the backyard.
*Restaurants, shopping, & entertainment are a short 6 min drive to downtown, 3 blocks to Sanford Hospital, 1 min to to Midco Aquatic center for swim meets, tennis playground & rec. area, minutes from Country Club, Golfing, Zoo, Augustana, University of Sioux Falls, and Denny Sanford Arena.

You will be given access to the house with your own door code!

Early check-in?
We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for your stay! Assume check-in will be at 3 pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

Late Check-out?
No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures?
No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time.

Is this a shared home?
No. The entire place is yours to enjoy.

Do you offer a cleaning service?
Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just message us!
