Clean yet misleading

The properry was clean and well kept. The description a bit misleading, only reason I booked was for the hot tub, but it was a whirlpool tub, not what i thought. There are a lot of spiders as well, grand daddy long legs, startling at first. The TV in the back bedroom doesnt work very good and gets terrible reception, if you want to watch TV, use the other two in the house. The plug for the vacuum is missing and when we arrived there was mold in the coffee pot and some of the dishware was stained with rotten food crusts. The fact that there was enough space for all 6 of us was a good thing, each kid had their own area to hang out in. Which worked out for the better part for everyone. There are also frogs and lizards everywhere so be careful because they may startle you without meaning too. The heat and air is controlled by the people who own the home. Even though the instructions say adjust as you please, but you cant. We watched the thermostat several times adjust on its own by more than a few notches. Neighbors arent entirelly friendly, most don't like short term rentals, tried to wave to a few and got snubbed, it happens and you move on from it. Overall, we enjoyed it here while we had it. Felt good to come to a place that felt like home, but wasn't exactly home. It was much easier to unload luggage and dog when we would go sight seeing. We probably wont ever be in the area again, but if by some chance we are, we'd stay here.

Really enjoyed it

It was neat and clean. Outside was great for our jack Russell terrier. All fenced with an occasional rabbit for him to chase. Brand new gas grill and table and chairs to seat 8
