Tiny Timber- Stunning Tiny House
Have you ever wanted to see what living tiny is like? Need a getaway? This beautiful, Timber Framed, Amish-framed tiny house is exactly what you need! Enjoy the Hot tub on the large deck overlooking beautiful fields full of deer and turkeys. Relax inside with the Smart TV and sound bar.
This tiny house has it all, including an on-demand water heater for unending showers! The loft has the traditional queen-sized tiny house bed with access by a ladder. If you don't want to climb a ladder we also provide a comfy queen-sized Day bed in the living room.
LOCATION: near the end of a dead-end street with 12 other houses sharing the road. No neighbors facing the door of the tiny house. This is a gravel road approximately 200 yds from a paved road to the tiny house. There are other vacation rentals and residents in the neighborhood.
-You are within 1 block of Crow Peak Brewery, Bunks BBQ, Guadalajaras, a Convenience store, and only minutes from the interstate *which in all honesty could be said about anywhere in Spearfish*
-There is parking for 2 vehicles next to the tiny house. No more than two vehicles will fit at the tiny house and trailers will not fit. If you need more parking there are two overflow parking areas in the area.
*Dog friendly with approval first. *WE ALLOW ONE DOG ONLY. PET FEE APPLICABLE. THERE IS A ONE-TIME PET FEE OF $75. NO CATS. PLEASE MESSAGE ME FOR DETAILS.*
You are responsible for all cleanup and damages. Not allowed on beds and furniture. Must be crated if left inside while gone from the property.

-Small kitchenette with Cooktop, Sink, cabinetry, Minifridge and Freezer, several pots and pans, plates, silverware, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, break-resistant stemless wine glasses
-32" square walk in shower, normal flushing toilet, On demand water heater, Towels, washcloths, and hand towels provided.
-Loft with queen sized bed
-Day bed queen sized bed that acts as your couch with plethora of pillows for comfy relaxing.
-22x10 deck with privacy screen, with views of quiet pasture.
-4 seat Hot tub on deck next to front door

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.
IMPORTANT: No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for the owner. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc Should this rule be violated, the guest will be liable for a minimum $250 charge.
1 dog is allowed by pre-approval only. No cats, birds, rabbits, etc.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
General Damages
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.
Fire Prevention and Safety
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and
portable device chargers.
Other
The space you are booking is for 1-2 people. More than two people are allowed in the home ONLY IF okayed by us before check-in. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting the stay. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
