Fully fenced back yard, well stocked kitchen, close to both major hospitals and easy freeway access. Private driveway parking for two vehicles. Close to historic Washburne District in downtown Springfield and within minutes to Autzen stadium and downtown Eugene. Walking distance to McKenzie Willamette Hospital.
