For your convenience, there is also a half-bath in the garage where the washer/dryer and EV CHARGING STATION are located, along with a large dog-crate for Fido's safety while you are away. The private fenced-in back yard provides a tree-shaded large deck, a propane gas grill, and an enclosed outdoor shower, all for your enjoyment after a day at the beach!
