Get your beach house vacation and private Sanctuary! We just remodeled this beautiful house to meet highest traveller's expectations. The house has an open split floorplan, huge living area with LED,new fans, feature walls and plenty of modern design touches. Large sliding doors open up to the oversized screened pool area with a beautiful 7 ft deep lagune style pool, lounge area with TV and bar all in a tropical Setting.

This house is managed by the German owners Carsten & Denise that know from own experience what matters to have the Florida vacation of a lifetime, so everything is literally new, of high quality and follows the beach house style. Just relax and enjoy! We are sure that this house will create a great 5* rental history. And regarding the location: 3 miles to the water, 4 miles to downtown Sarasota and 5 miles to Siesta Key Beach, i.e. no long drives to reach everything you deserve.

The maximum capacity of 7 only works when there are at least 2 small kids among the 7.
As the house is in a residential neighborhood it is important to respect the neighbors and make no usual noise (time of day or level)
