Stayed with a few friends and it was great! It’s an adorable older house that has been remodeled and it is very comfortable. It’s close to great restaurants and the pool was perfect. Highly recommend for a getaway!

What a great places to stay in with the family!! Everything was wonderful. When getting away from the city, we like to stay at a place with outdoor living.This place has the perfect outdoor space. Unfortunately it rained the entire trip except one day. I would recommend this place and I hope to visit again!!

We had a great stay here with our family of four! The pool was nice and clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was also conveniently close to downtown, which made getting around easy.The host was very kind and kept us updated. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

I had only a couple of issues with this charming old house. We were excited about the pool. I know it’s fall but seriously the leaves at the bottom have been there awhile. We scooped them out. Also the life of a few large water roaches were cut short while we were there. I strongly recommend an exterminator!Over all these things can easily be resolved. We enjoyed our stay there.

Very much enjoyed our stay! The backyard and pool were amazing! The only thing was that the layout of the house wasn’t what we expected, as the pictures didn’t help to understand where the bathrooms were in relation to the bedrooms. But it all worked out in the end. Cute and cozy house!

The pool was amazing and had quite a bit of shade so you could truly spend all day at the pool. We felt totally at home and everything we needed was available. The host was very responsive but never felt intrusive. He was very helpful.The oven didn't open all the way but this didn't cause any issues with actually using the appliance.

Property was exactly as depicted and very well maintained. From start to finish, communication with the host was flawless, very helpful and fast in response time. This was a great spot for our annual trip to see family and we look forward to staying again. Perfect for families, quiet neighborhood and we cannot rave enough about the pool. So well maintained, clean and accessible for every type of pool lover. In a word, this property was SUPERB! We will be back :)

We had a great time at the Forest House! The house was very clean and comfortable with amazing decor. We really enjoyed the pool and hanging out on the patio plus walking distance to downtown Georgetown! Loved it!

Overall good experience. One thing we were not expecting, there was only one TV in the whole place (in the living room). So kids couldn’t watch something together if adults wanted to watch something together. Lighting is very dim in kitchen/living area. Only seating for 4 people to eat at kitchen table, but plenty of seating outside.Beautiful back yard, very relaxing. Shade trees over pool result in leaves in pool and patio. Host responded quickly and had pool cleaned. We used leaf blower we found in shed to blow leaves from patio and away from pool.

A great place to escape to from the cold winter. Sitting by the pool on a warm spring day was just what we needed. The house was very clean and Justin is great at communicating. Very close to great walking paths, and the cute downtown square with some great restaurants. Thanks for a great week!
