Relax and enjoy the vacation of your dreams in front of one of the most photographed beaches in all of Ocean City NJ - America's Greatest Family Resort. Everything is beautifully furnished and provided inside and out so you can spend all your time relaxing and enjoying your family . The home is located in the prestigious south end of Ocean City just 6 houses from the most southern point giving you fabulous views and unmatched beauty. Relax on the large front porch in our white rockers and smell the surf. This 3 bedroom 2 bath room sleeps 9 comfortably. The master suite features a king bed with a private bath. The large second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed with a large closet. The third bedroom sleeps 4 in 2 sets of bunk beds. Amenities include: a brand new large flat screen TV and TV 's in every bedroom, an open floor plan for festive entertaining, a new private outside shower and changing room, beautiful band new block pavers around the entire property and driveway, decorative floral landscaping around property, paved block patio with outside grill and furniture, and a large outside storage facility for bicycles, chairs, umbrella's and all your beach toys. You are just steps to the beach and closer to the ocean than most of the properties in Ocean City ( many beach fronts have 2 sets of dunes and this property does not). Currently the property features fabulous direct ocean views however the city of Ocean City is still repairing the dunes until May 1st so hopefully they will stay.

ONLY FULL WEEKS AVAILABLE IN THE SUMMER FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

I WOULD BE HAPPY TO RENT PARTIAL WEEKS AFTER November and before March

Great proximity to the beach, state park and shops on 55th. Nice and clean interior with an updated kitchen and great, gated front porch perfect for families with young kids and dogs. Super easy family beach spot.

Very nice lower level rental across street from beach

House was very clean. Beds are comfortable. At end of street so very quiet. Easy walk across street to beach. No stores nearby. Kitchen cabinet door for trash cans needs to be repaired and coffee maker was very dirty ( did not use it). Could use towel rack in hallway bathroom. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing stay. Sitting on front porch was very nice.

Just returned from our vacation. Very disappointed in this property. First of all, our "view" was ifs cyclone fence and tractors. Secondly, the cleanliness was disgusting--dirty ceiling fans, dirty floors, things shoved in cabinets, something totally gross on side of fridge. Tried to contact owner as there were no lights on front porch--she never contacted us back. We fixed them ourselves. Holes in curtains, holes in screens, no where to secure your beach items because you "share" everything with the second floor and there is no garage. A high priced disappointment--couldn't wait to get home.

Wow, I am in shock. I just contacted the current guest today because I was worried and she literally said , "everything is wonderful". There was nothing gross on the side of the fridge, the curtains and screens do not have holes, of course there are items in the cabinets that everyone uses and appreciates having. I do not believe I got a message about the porch lights and it has a 3 way switch which may have been confusing. No electrical work was required. I have and always have had 1 cleaning lady for the full 4 hours for every change over and I don't know any other owner who is lucky enough to have that. She does an excellent job. I gladly would have sent the cleaning lady back if I had been told about any cleaning issues but I was never notified. I can say, I know for sure it was clean when I was there last week. I think the biggest problem was the beach replenishment program which is not anything I have control over ( I wish I did ). Although I have complained to the city, this project is still not finished even though it was suppose to be. I understand how disappointing this is but the entire island has been dealing with this since we have lost dunes during the hurricanes. I have many repeat tenants and one of them just rebooked for 4 weeks for next year instead of the 2 weeks she usually takes in August, and she loved the place. The bigger duplexes might have garages but also are around a $1000 more a week in my block. Its not fair to compare my property to more expensive ones. I constantly redo and replace items as needed and really try hard to keep everyone happy. Very sorry you were disappointed.

Perfect spot for a fun family vacation

We live in OC and needed a place to stay while we had work done at our home. It was perfect for us as we continued to be productive working remote and enjoying beach walks with our dog. I can only imagine how awesome this location and accommodations would be for family summer fun!

Nice place to take a break

Wife and I decided to get away on a "working" vacation for a week. The internet supported us just fine and we were able to get onto the beach each afternoon. The house was well maintained and all homey supplies were provided. Location is perfect for easy access to the nicest beach in OC.

Wonderful Beach Cottage

Loved our time at this great beach home in the southern quiet end of Oceam City, NJ. The house is beautifully appointed with a light airy feel and immaculately clean! Really enjoyed the spacious front porch, complete with rocking chairs and a dining set enabling you to maximize your outdoor time!

Superb!

Our week at this sweet beach cottage surpassed our expectations. The location cannot be beat. The house was perfect, fully equipped with what we needed and clean. The beds were comfy, which you don't always get in a shore rental!! Being on the first floor was really nice. The grass out front became our hang out spot when the beach was too windy. The porch was cozy and perfect for our morning coffee AND apres' beach drinks. The fact that my sister's Golden was able to join us?? Priceless. I would highly recommend this rental and feel that it is worth every penny!

As a teenager I always went to the the beach in front of this property so when I was looking to purchase this is where I wanted to be.
