Custom-designed, this apartment is modern, comfortable and private. With breweries, restaurants, bakeries, yoga studios and more just down the stairs, this apartment offers access to all of the magic that Spokane has to offer! It is fully furnished with a queen bed tucked right above a fully stocked and open kitchen. All of this is the perfect compliment to a warm living room, outfitted with pillows, gorgeous views, and the softest blankets you've ever felt! A full bathroom sits right next to a full size washer and dryer.

Lovely flat

Everything was great except the elevator didn’t work the last day that we were moving out. We were on the 6 th floor.

Just west of center city

I spent a week and a half working in the area and staying in this loft apartment. This part of downtown has much less presence of street people so I felt safe. In fact I loved the area. Wi-Fi was good but 5G was superb. The loft itself was an excellent place for a single or a couple. Better than a hotel. I parked on the street directly in front of my window, left nothing tempting in the vehicle. There’s little or no street activity at night. I plan to return to this apartment in the future.
