An updated first floor apartment in the middle of the Spokane South Hill. Updated, with hardwood floors, a fun retro kitchen, 55" 4k tv with bluray/roku and a king bed with memory foam mattress. Walk across the street to coffee, sushi, ice cream, bakery, cafes and much more. A perfect landing spot in Spokane.

Lots of natural light and ambiance. Work desk in bedroom.

Just minutes from downtown and all the sports and concert venues

Upgraded WiFi - yay. Orbi Mesh system installed
New housekeeping team. We have improved and upgraded all aspects of our turnovers
Refreshed Decor

Please note: there are *NO* checkout "chores" at our units. Guest are encouraged to leave linens in a pile, maybe soak dirty dishes, doublecheck for their belongings and that's about it. Our great housekeepers take care of the rest.

Peter purchased this property in 2002 and lived in one of the apartments and rented out the others, slowly restoring all the property.
In 2013 Peter married Sarah and the next year they had their first baby, Piper and quickly were outgrowing their place. With baby #2, Riley, they have moved out of their place and are now happy to have it as a place for guests to stay. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we did!

This is a great neighborhood to be in and a very comfortable apartment. You will be in walking distance of great food and amenities, as well as wonderful historic neighborhoods and parks.

just a 2 minutes drive from downtown, and 15 minutes to the airport.
