Clean room, host was friendly and attentive, parking was convenient, people we ran into in the building were very welcoming and nice. Would stay again!!
The amenities were perfect. Everything was in the local area. All within walking distance. The location was quiet and if any guests were there we didn’t know at all. Would definitely book this place again. Safe, secure, and quiet even in the middle of downtown Spokane.
The property was just as listed, exactly what I needed. Clean, secure, and easy to access. The central downtown location made it convenient to get around Spokane. Overall, it was a good stay and matched the description perfectly.
Great location, clean, secure, all around fantastic. Close to two of my favorite restaurants, Chicken N Mo and Europa, 4 minutes and two minutes walk respectively. Jake was easy to communicate with and checked up on my stay a couple times, much appreciated. I’ll be back for sure.
Came into town for HoopFest weekend. Easy check-in process. Great location to downtown area, walking distance to riverfront park. Easy, secure parking across the street. Well stocked with what we needed for the weekend. Will definitely stay again if it’s available
We enjoyed the location… great coffee (indaba and Atticus) and eateries (Europa and the people’s waffle) close by. Finding the building was easy and multiple parking options on the street or a garage. The apartment was very clean and had lots of little perks like hair dryer, iron, kettle. The management was quick to respond and help when we couldn’t log into Netflix!
This property was perfect for my stay. Central to everything downtown, very clean, very comfortable, and the host Jake was super easy to reach and very accommodating as well as kind. Will definitely recommend and be back to stay again! 10 Stars!
Great location, walked to some Great restaurants and short walk to the River with lots of walking trails.
Super clean unit as well, cleaner than most hotels.
We would stay again!!
Felt very secure. Unit was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The air vent rattles all night and very easy to hear whats going on outside.
Overall great experience for downtown stay. Very central to restaurants, bars and comedy club.
Loved this place. Great location. Parking across the street in unsecured parking garage was $30/night. It was convenient. The furnishings were nice. Not as comfy as we would have liked. The bed frame made noise every time we moved. The temp was 60 degrees when we arrive in the evening and there is no central heat or air. There were two portable space heaters and an electric fire place in the kitchen. A small cadet style heater in the open bedroom area. It was very cold. And hard to get the unit up to temp due to the open loft floor plan and high ceilings. I would not stay again in the winter or summer. I can only imagine how hot the unit gets during the hot season. A great place for spring and fall. Overall the concept of the unit was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay and made the most out of bundling up.
Visited Spokane for our first time to attend our daughters volleyball tournament. Location was great with a 15 minute walk to the Convention Center. Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to try the sushi restaurant in the building. However, we did get to Emma Rue's across the street and the People's Waffle - both are fantastic.
Jake was very responsive, helpful and accommodating prior and during our stay. I appreciated the various streaming accounts on the smart tv.
My two cons with the place is the bed. It is on a metal frame and moves easily and squeaks with every move all through the night. Although I addressed it with Jake, the bed was poorly made when we arrived with the sheets hanging out of the comforter and the dry sheet on the floor. I would also recommend investing in a nicer couch. It was very uncomfortable to sit on at night when we were watching movies.

Loud panging sound coming from heater in next unit over.
I arrived to this place around 11pm excited to get some good sleep as this was my first time away from my kids since they’ve been born (1 and 2 years old). When I arrived, the inside was clean and spotless. I took a shower, laid down and began hearing a loud sound coming from the next unit over from their heater. I was aware of the downtown sounds and was prepared for that as that was stated in a previous review. I wasn’t aware of hearing a consistent panging sound all night…. I messaged the property management at 4am as I hadn’t gotten any sleep what so ever. Since I was in Spokane for work, I asked if there was any way they could refund me for the next two nights and I would pay for the night I stayed and would also pay the cleaning fee. The next morning the property management responded saying he would reach out to the ownership and let me know a response. He then reached back out saying that I wasn’t able to get a refund of anything at all. I ended up booking the Davenport and spending another 460.00 so I could get some sleep. I had long hours at work the next two days and I also was 3 hours behind as I came from FL. I understand signing a contract but I also work in customer service and am aware of having compassion and being understanding. Even if they met me half way and refunded one night, it would have been better then nothing. Highly disappointed with my “stay”.

I’m very sorry to hear about your time at the apartment :(
I did try to respond to your message ASAP (I’m not Marriott or Hilton, just a small business host).
Unfortunately there was nothing I could do as I am not authorized to give refunds without the owners consent. If I could I would!
