The property is located 15 minutes from the beach side and 10 minutes from the nearest town. There is a large garden with two king coconut trees and several other fruit trees. The house has one master bedroom with attached bathroom and 3 other rooms, shower room and one outside toilet. The house has good internet connection and satellite TV connection with more than 330 channels from around the world. The most important thing is that the house comes with household appliances and is a new unoccupied house.
