My husband and I adore our summer home and look forward to sharing a Cape Cod Experience with our summer renters. We hope you will relax on the deck and enjoy the serenity of the neighborhood and walks to the beach. We have worked hard to make our summer home a place where we can go to get away from it all and once we arrive we so enjoy everything about our summer home and location. Our home is centrally located so you can take a day trip to Matha's Vineyard or Nantucket, drive to the Town of Falmouth or Hyannis. You can explore the many places of Cape Cod and the National Sea Shores, all within driving distance from this location or just stay put and make it a relaxing vacation.
New Seabury is a premier development of Cape Cod and Little Neck Bay is it's most pretisgious neighborhood. If you are Lobster fans you must visit the Raw Bar at New Seabury's Market Place for the largest Lobster Roll you will probably ever enjoy. This is a family setting and we recommend couples who are looking for a quiet relaxing time but with plenty of possibilities if you want to explore.
