Cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home (926 sqft), very accessible with one bedroom (full bed) and full bathroom on main level. Second floor has 1 full bathroom and 2 bedrooms which offer a full bed and a queen with a double futon and 43" roku TV. This classic cottage has a large living room with section couch, 55" Roku TV, eat in kitchen (dining has high top table for 4), butcher block counter top and laundry room. Fully fenced back yard, pet friendly. central air
