Beautiful 3/3 Fisher's Paradise with ocean boat access
Enjoy with the whole family in this quiet place, located in a beautiful residential area a few feet from the bay of Cape Coral where an excellent summer temperature prevails all year round. As you walk through the streets of this beautiful neighborhood you will be able to admire the nests of a small endangered owl native to this area. The house has an electric heater that will make your pool days pleasant. The house has a dock where you can park your boat since we have direct access to the gulf (dock)
