Home is located minutes away from Old Town Arvada and all shopping stores within blocks. Open interior with a deck overlooking the big, fenced yard. BBQ grill on deck and smoker in back. Lots of parking and close to all major arteries to Denver, Boulder, and the mountains. Nice quiet area. From Old Town Arvada you can park for free and take light rail to downtown Denver.

This was a great place for our family's weeklong stay in Colorado. The owner was extremely responsive, accomodating, and helpful. The location was very safe and quiet while still being very central for all of our activities.

Perfect accommodations

We had a quick stay near Denver and the location was a great, quiet neighborhood. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the patio, the kitchen accessories and huge movie and music choices. Amazing kitchen and the beds were super comfortable. I would stay here again anydaybeds

This was our best Vrbo stay ever. Richard’s home is beautiful and in a fantastic location. Richard is not only attentive, he anticipated every need: everything from shopping and restaurants to points of interest and remote instructions. He even included his mobile number. He not only made us feel welcome, he made us feel like special guests. He has our highest personal recommendation.

Wonderful, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. The property is just as described and super clean! The check-in process was smooth and the host was extremely gracious regarding a few mishaps. Would definitely recommend!

This stay was absolutely perfect!!! The house was great and had everything we needed to make our stay amazing!!! The owner was great with communicating and had a 3-ring binder full of anything you may need to know!!! The “swamp cooler” was awesome!!! Would hands down stay here again!!! Cozy house in a quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our visit to Arvada. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious with a great (fenced in) yard for the dog. The house was in a wonderful location-tucked back in a quiet neighborhood but close to stores and restaurants. The host was kind enough to provide bedding, towels, paper good, and chocolate treats! We hope to return to the area again soon!

Love the house, hope to stay again

The house was great. The enclosed patio, and the back yard were awesome and a great place to relax in the evening. We felt very comfortable there, it was clean with plenty of extras. Rich was a great host and checked in on us and willing to answer any questions. it is in the perfect location for us, so I hope I have the opportunity to stay there again.

Month long vacation

Great house and location. Dogs were barking a lot next door he called them and it was a lot better. The kitchen had every appliance you would need.

Loved this place

Very nice place with a beautiful kitchen and everything you could ever need. It has a nice fenced in back yard that was perfect for our little guy. Shower was awesome and the bed we used was very comfortable. It was a little odd at first finding out that the owner still lived there so his things were there but we got over that once we realized we had the best of everything (great TP for example) because the owner used the same stuff. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful House w/Peppers

Clean large space with large femced yard in pretty quiet neighborhood. Large kitchen- you could cook for an army! Host is very friendly- pulled peppers out of his garden and left them for us. 10 minutes from the lake Highly recommend!

Family Christmas

We needed a place to stay where our adult children could join us for a family Christmas get together. This place was perfect! There was a fabulous kitchen to prepare our meal, a large table where we could all eat together, a big backyard that our dog enjoyed, and the house was even decorated for Christmas! Rich was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would highly recommend renting this property from Rich!
