This chic home with designer touches is tucked away on a wooded cul-de-sac in Sag Harbor just steps from the Village, minutes from area beaches, and designed to entertain. The house boasts dramatic vaulted ceilings with skylights that pour sun into the living, dining, kitchen, and bathrooms.

The modern kitchen with vast picture windows allows guests private views of the waterfall, pool, firepit, and landscaped backyard. In addition to new windows and a skylight, the kitchen has stone countertops, stainless steel appliances in addition to a kitchen island that seats 8.

Four large glass doors lead to the spacious, three-level back yard, expansive deck with a large dining table, several modular seating arrangements, and a BBQ gas grill. The extensive deck overlooks a free-form heated gunite pool, flagstone fire pit, and extra sitting/dining area. The pool's three-tier waterfall and multiple seating and lounging areas allow for total relaxation and privacy in the backyard. The spacious outdoor shower has both a traditional shower and rain shower heads, with a large bench to relax on after your shower.

The home's wood-burning fireplace and outdoor fire pit are an added bonus for cooler evenings and central air is available for warmer months.

For your entertainment, the house comes equipped with 3 smart TVs; WiFi; Sonos speaker system; pool/beach equipment, and toys.

Home is designed for one or two families who look to entertain a 3rd family, with each bed equipped with their own individual light and dual USB port outlet.

Guests are responsible for utilities & house cleaning.

A true escape

Stuart was amazing, and this house is to die for. I travelled with my parents and we enjoyed everything that this house had to offer. Close enough to walk to everything we needed, far enough away to think we were on an island by ourselves. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful time! The house is just a quick drive into the village of Sag Harbor and minutes from East Hampton. It was outfitted with everything we needed. The property manager/owner is outstanding. Very attentive and made certain we had a great experience. We were treated as a guest in their home. Highly recommend this property. We will rent again!!!

This house couldn’t have been designed better for a family of 6 to enjoy together.

The Harbor House is a very well designed house for a large family to enjoy. The garden is perfectly designed for the whole family to come together and swim or toast marshmallows on the fire pit as well as take off to a quiet corner for a read. Stuart was a great host and very communicative throughout. The location is a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk to Sag Harbor town where there are many wonderful restaurants and clothes shops to enjoy. We felt incredibly lucky to find such a wonderful place on our first trip to this part of New York.

Beautiful Home, amazing vacation!

My family spent an amazing week in this beautiful Sag Harbor home. It is truly a peaceful retreat, nestled on a quiet wooded lot, with a private heated pool and waterfall. The living spaces are immaculate, the home is bright and well appointed with tasteful, comfortable furnishings. The home has a large sofa, huge TV and comfortable seating for 10 at the beautiful Restoration Hardware table. The beds are very comfortable, with high quality sheets and fluffy pillows, we all slept like babies! The oustide deck and pool area are perfect for a lazy summer afternoon, we spent many hours poolside, sipping Wollfer Rose, relaxing by the calming waterfall. The owner is incredibly nice, very friendly and attentive, we enjoyed meeting him and thank him for the great restaurant recommendations. The home is meticulously maintained and well stocked with all the amenities that a family needs for a summer vacation, all you need to bring are your clothes and toiletries. We will definitely be back again!

We absolutely loved this house!!!

It was better than the photos. The bath and kitchen could use some upgrades but for our needs it was absolutely perfect. It's in a great location, it's clean, and it had everything which we needed. The owners are such nice people and we enjoyed every minute that we were there.

gorgeous, fresh and stylish!

My family was one of the first to stay in this newly listed/gorgeously decorated home in August. This was our first trip to the Hamptons and our experience proved renting a home was the way to go. This home was INCREDIBLY stylish, comfortable and family-friendly. We couldn't get my daughter out of the pool all weekend! We hosted friends for dinner one night and they couldn't get over the unique and chic dining area. They said it reminded them of a hip hotel they had recently visited in Miami. The bedrooms were also beautifully decorated. The house is settled in a quiet, quaint neighborhood that can be confusing to get to at night if you don't know where you're going. For that reason, I would recommend GPS for the directionally-challenged. You'll also want a car to get into town and explore. My husband and I are planning to leave my daughter with her grandparents next summer and come back. Excellent stay.
