"Endless Summer" is a newly built home that offers a chic summer vibe and is only 2.3 miles from the historic downtown area and 5.3 miles to the beaches. This home sleeps 8 comfortably with King master suite, bedroom 2 with Queen bed and bedroom 3 with 2 Twin beds and Trundle. The living room has a Pullout sofa bed and a bar area has been added for extra seating. The master bathroom has walk in shower and guest bathroom has tub shower combo. Enjoy to comforts of home with Washer and Dryer that been added for your connivance. Theres a courtyard with plenty of seating to enjoy the evenings under the lights with the whole family as well as a fire pit and grill to relax from your fun filled day in St. Augustine or beach days.

Why they chose this property
This home was perfect for our family. It is on 2.3 miles and less than a 5 min car ride to historic downtown and if we want to go to the beaches its only 5.3 miles from the house.
What makes this property unique
This home was built with a Florida cozy feel in mind, The courtyard was added for additional outdoor living in and theres plenty of seating as you cozy up to the fire pit and enjoy the night lights. A grill as also been added for those nights you just dont feel like going out to eat.
