Situated right next to the buzzing Ponte Vecchio, this renovated 1100 sq ft / 101 sq m apartment on the top floor of a Renaissance building will charm you with its exclusive location. Luxurious furniture, Carrara marble and the omnipresent sunlight add to the beauty of this quiet and light apartment. Two exclusive terraces offer relaxation and spectacular views over Florence

Location - location - location! The terraces offer spectacular views of Florence and all its sites (Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, Piazza Michelangelo), offering an additional 860 sq ft / 80 sq m of living space.

Tasteful and inviting furniture that makes you feel right at home. The apartment has two bedrooms and a comfortable pullout couch in the living room to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Two private marble bathrooms with showers connect to the bedrooms. The third bathroom is accessible from the living room. The open marble kitchen offers utmost independence and beautifully blends into the living space. Large windows allow for amble light and an incomparable setting.

The elevator takes you up to the 6th floor and there's one flight of stairs to reach the 7th floor. Surrounded by luxury boutique hotels, plenty of bars and restaurants are a stone throw away. Parking (Lungarno Garage) is located on the opposite side of Ponte Vechio, about a 5 min walk away. There's a large supermarket right on the other side of Ponte Vecchio.

Please contact us and we will be happy to meet and greet you personally. Certainly we rest at your complete disposal for all questions or suggestions on what to do and see whilst your in beautiful Tuscany.

It feels great to exit this quiet oasis and be immediately emerged in the feel and buzz of historic Florence. Ponte Vecchio is right there and it's up to you if you wish to linger in the quiet and more authentic little streets with its local stores, bars and restaurants, or if you would like to join other visitors on the main streets to see the Duomo, the Piazza Signoria and the Uffizi - all within 5 minutes walking distance. Or you cross Ponte Vecchio and get lost in the Santo Spirito area, where locals like to shop and dine. In all cases, you are a stone throw away from all important masterpieces.

In Florence you will get around by foot, although you may always ask the concierge of one of the three luxury boutique hotels right next to the apartment to call a taxi.

We are at your complete disposal to answer any questions. We have endless tips for the city and its surroundings!

Please note that for a stay of two weeks or more we require a weekly mid cleaning that includes a change of all linen and towels. Each extra cleaning is an extra charge of Euro 150 payable upon arrival. The date and time will be coordinated with you according to your convenience.

Perfect Florence spot

My husband, 18 year old son and I enjoyed our 4 night stay in this beautiful apartment. Great location, very responsive host, beautifully decorated, had every amenity needed, amazing rooftop with a beautiful view of the entire city. Karen's apartment was truly wonderful. Just a few steps away from Ponte Vecchio yet very quiet and private. Completely refurbished with efficient design features and modern amenities. The 3 terraces were the best part. We will recommend it to anyone looking for a cool place to stay in Florence.

Amazing stay. The apartment was furnished and outfitted with high end furnishings. It had all of the conveniences you will need for your stay. Wonderful Casa Ventura

This is the most wonderful and amazing house we have ever stayed in with VRBO. Karin was a wonderful host. The terraces were such a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The beds are great, design, decor, convenience to sites, bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, tons of books everywhere. Just a Firenze paradise! Sets the VRBO bar VERY high!

A wonderful experience, especially as our 1st VRBO stay. It’s going to be a hard act to follow for future VRBO stays. Communication with the owner was seamless. Our check in with Sharon was seamless. Florentine Perfection

This apartment is absolutely perfect. We just returned from an 11 day trip to Italy. And the time spent in Florence, at this property, will forever be etched in our minds as perfection. The location. The cleanliness. The security. The terraces. The beds. The roof top!!! All perfect. We have stayed all over the world in rental-by-owner properties. This is my favorite so far. The owner made us feel at home from the minute we walked in. She is a tremendous host. And our time spent in Florence was capped off by enjoying our accommodations to the fullest. This apartment is the icing on the Tiramisu. We will be back.

Couldn’t have been better!

We had the best time at this apartment. Everything was great: location, layout, furnishings. It was great for two couples because the bedrooms (each with en-suite bathrooms) were at opposite ends of the apartment. We loved the terrace—we were lucky that it was sunny and not too cold most of the February week we were there and spent a lot of time lounging outside. The kitchen had everything you might need and there was a nice grocery store right across the river. The apartment was in the center of things—it was great to be able to sightsee or go out to dinner on either side of the river and then come back to the apartment’s tranquility. Karin was also a very responsive host. I would definitely stay again at this apartment and would recommend it to my friends.

Paradise in Firenze

We stayed 21 nights in this amazing place. We have had the fortune of staying in Florence several times…we have always stay in terrific hotels but this was different…and so much better. The pictures online are 100% accurate so I will not describe it. Karin met us upon arrival and was extremely helpful. Moreover, Karin was super responsive and kind for many months leading up to our stay. She is the perfect host. The apartment was extremely clean…and stayed that way. The location could not be better. Super private and close to everything. The patios are over the top. Especially the roof top area. The kitchen, as with the entire property is well appointed should you need it. This is a must stay property when you are in Florence. Thank you Karin for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your gorgeous home.

2nd Stay, and Once Again, Casa Ventura was Perfect!

This was our second stay at Casa Ventura and our 10 nights could not have been better. Karin is an outstanding host. We had a very minor issue and within hours a technician was out to repair the issue. The terraces are spectacular! The apartment has everything one needs…We enjoyed using the outdoor grill for preparing a Florentine Steak we bought at the market. Having electric black out blinds, a bluetooth sound system, a Nespresso, a washing machine and an elevator were huge perks for us. Although the apartment is in a very central and busy part of Florence, when inside, it is extremely quiet and 100% safe. The apartment is in the very center of Florence, and all neighborhoods and attractions, including multiple grocery stores are within easy walking distance. The beds are super comfortable and luxurious, the 2.5 Bathrooms are wonderful. The apartment is well maintained and spotless. This is the only property we will stay at when visiting Florence, which will hopefully be in the very near future. Thanks Karin :)

Wonderful Apartment

Christmas Break with 3 “nearly-adult” kids

This home was meticulously cleaned, very beautiful, and perfectly comfortable for our family of 5. The property manager was truly lovely, wonderfully communicative, and genuinely accommodating. With the help of a renown interior designer, my husband and I have lovingly renovated this beautiful and light apartment and we are renting it out to world-wide guests that enjoy traveling in style. Having worked all around the world in the luxury hotel sector, we know what guests expect and need to truly enjoy their stay. My husband is Italian and I am German.

Why they chose this property

It has always been our dream to own a property in Tuscany and especially in Florence. The beauty of this part of the world is overwhelming. We have lived in Florence for over three years, decided to buy our dream apartment next to Ponte Vecchio and have lovingly renovated it. The location is perfect and every part of the city can easily be reached within no time. In May 2013 we started renting it out to trusted guests.

What makes this property unique

Location - the three terraces with blooming flowers and a lemon tree, plus views of the whole city - the warm light that falls into the apartment during the day. The apartment is luxuriously furnished, light, quiet and very clean. Its biggest draw is the unbeatable location right next to Ponte Vecchio and its interior design.
