Bright, clean, cozy studio literally steps from one of the nicest beaches on the Oregon coast. Room for a twin airbed (included) for the kids if needed. Ideal for a couple or a couple with young kids. Pet friendly. The beach features cool rock formations, a fresh water tidal creek that runs down into the ocean that is shallow and ideal for kids to play in, a long gentle surf break. It's just a perfect family beach for kite flying, swimming, and camp fires at night!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at the Blue Octopus. The proximity to the beach was our top priority since I have some mobility issues. The room was crisp and felt clean immediately upon arrival. The bed was firm and comfortable. It is definitely cozy, and the fireplace came in handy. If we make it back to Rockaway Beach, we would consider staying here again.

This is a great little property just off the highway on the beach. It has everything you might need. Bed was very comfortable. There is a good coffee shop just up the street. The beach is long and wide and very beautiful. Tillamook Bay and Garibaldi are just a short drive south. I highly recommend it to families for the closeness of things to do.

The Blue Octopus was the perfect place for a quick stopover with our pup. The beach access was steps away and we loved our walks on the beach. The house had everything we needed and was quirky and cozy. I’d love to comeback and stay again!
