This condo was so comfortable and nicely decorated!! It was clean and so convenient to downtown activities-art center, shopping, waterfront, bars, and restaurants! Great stay for a class reunion!

This was our first Vrbo experience, and we would definitely use the company again. We also would love to stay at this property again. Taylor was quick and helpful in our communications. They answered promptly and were helpful trying to get us an earlier arrival time. The instructions for accessing keys and getting into the property were very clear and made access easy. The property was exactly as described. We especially appreciated the notation about being an old building and possibly hearing some street noise. We did, but it was not an issue at all. The decor and vibe of the unit was very cool and comfortable. We just wanted to get in and stay a while. My older daughter set herself up at the desk near the entry. My younger daughter, my husband and I enjoyed watching TV on the couch and lounging in the beds. I loved the poofs that we could move around and use to sit on or as foot rests. It really felt like a comfy home away from home. Counter space is very limited in the bathroom, but we made use of the large dining table outside the bathroom. We appreciated the closet space and hangers, since we were there for a formal event. We loved the location being a block from The Colonial Restaurant (a breakfast favorite) and a block from The Kraken Coffeehouse. Everything in town is easily accessible by foot. And, parking was readily available on the street without making use of the garage space.

Great place to stay in Elizabeth City

This condo is perfect for anyone's stay in Elizabeth City. Location in downtown is convenient to everything and walkable to most highlights. Condo is spacious and comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay

Excellent location to downtown restaurants, breweries, activities. Detailed instructions w pictures made easy access and stress free. The inside and furnishings had great character and beautifully appointed. Online pictures didn't do it justice, you need to see it for yourself.
