The Lilly Pad, is located on Lake Guntersville and is a great retreat for couples, families, and fishermen to enjoy a relaxing time on the lake. Located 10 minutes from Scottsboro, Alabama and 1 hour from Chattanooga, Tennessee. Features 1600sf w/ 3 br and 2bths, and 850 sf of covered outdoor space including a screened in deck, with a hot tub and room for entertainment underneath. Several kayaks and canoes are close to water access. Boat dock is great for boats, fishing, and enjoying the water. Enjoy everything the lake has to offer as well as being close to food, shopping, and other travel destinations!

Excellent communication with the host. The house was so cute and cozy. We loved the screened in porch. We did not realize we would not be able to utilize the boat dock due to all the grass but that is our fault for not researching the grass and lily pads this time of year. Overall, the house is great! Memories shared with my husband and grown sons.

This is the second year we’ve stayed here and we love it so much! It’s perfect for our mom’s weekend getaway. We spent 90% of our time on the screened in porch. Nick is super responsive and has been a wonderful host this year and last. We’re already talking about our getaway for next year! Highly recommend!

The house was nice and well kept, but we rented this cabin with the intentions of fishing the lake. We messaged the owner when we found the boat house was locked, and got a very quick response. Although they never came out to give us access. Also the water around the boat house had so much aquatic plant growth it was causing continuous issues with the outboard.

Great open and spacious home. The screened in porch was amazing. We spent all of our time out there. The decor was classic lake house and was very warm and welcoming. Fishing from the dock was awesome! Very quiet area and relaxing. Owner was great at communicating and providing a smooth check in and check out process. Great trip!

The house was a great value and clean. Both porches were amazing, and the dock area was a great place to relax in the evening. Nick was very good at communicating with us when we needed. This house is great for anyone coming to Guntersville to fish because you are within 30 minutes of the best launch points throughout the lake. We will definitely be back!

The host was welcoming and the facility was very nice. I loved the screened in patio. We were there for our anniversary which was February 2 so it was very cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub or the lake but if the weather had permitted I’m sure we would have enjoyed everything.

House was perfect except the breaker panel was apparently in a locked closet. I booked the house for easy access to fishing and the boat slip behind it. Ended up traveling to other locations to fish. Upon returning with fish to cook we tripped a breaker with our fish fryers and had to run cords to various plug ins. Overall the house is amazing , quiet and very nice! The nearby fishing needs some help.

We had a wonderfully relaxing long weekend at The Lily Pad and spent most of the time on the screened in deck, enjoying the sounds of nature while avoiding the bugs. The kitchen was stocked well with utensils and everything needed for cooking, which was a plus. It was very clean and the host was responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home and view! We loved the porch, hot tub, and the kids were big fans of the kayaks! There were two beautiful Bald Eagles hanging around up in the trees near their nest, and that was the cherry on top for a perfect get away from our busy farming life. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Lily Pad. This is our second stay here and this was even better than the first!! Nice, clean home. They even had it smelling so fresh when we arrived. All the amenities we needed.

The owners are great people the digital lock malfunctioned and the owner was there as quick as he could be. The house inside is awesome the bed was so good I’m buying that mattress. Back porch is so awesome. Hot tub is really great. Nice owners. Interesting place to visit
