Welcome to this beautiful home in Scottsboro. Conveniently located in a quiet, safe neighborhood between Goosepond Colony and City Park boat launches, this is the ideal place for fishermen, as well as being in a central location for several wedding venues in the area. This home has access (across the street) to a boat house and dock with a reserved slip. There is plenty of paved parking for trucks and trailers. This home boasts a gourmet kitchen and large dining space. This adorable property features 3 bedrooms and a loft with a mix of cozy sleeping arrangements, including a king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a sofa bed. With 3 bathrooms, one of which includes a relaxing freestanding bathtub, guests can unwind after a day of exploring. Escape to this peaceful retreat and make lasting memories with your loved ones.
