Stairs led down to an underground TV/game room area with a foosball table, TV, and plenty of seating accommodations.

On the second level, there's an expansive modern kitchen, with seating in the dining area and kitchen island. With granite countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and everything else you need to meet your culinary desires, all you need to do is add the food and the camaraderie. Just outside the slider doors is ample patio space as well as space to dine alfresco and a long fire pit. There is also a half bathroom off the dining area as well.

On the 3rd level, there is a shared full bath with a walk in shower. The two guest bedrooms both have a shared deck space, walk in closets, and ceiling fans for your comfort. One of these guest bedrooms includes a king-sized bed, while the other shares a twin and full-sized bed. The main bedroom suite on the 3rd level has a king bed, a large TV, two balconies with views, a custom designed ensuite bath with dual sinks, a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet - a wonderful place to retreat and relax as you wish.
