Totally remodeled and professionally decorated to provide a luxurious but family friendly Bald Head Island vacation.
5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. 3 Bedrooms with kings (2 on 1st floor), 1 with queen and 1 with 2 queens and 2 twins trundles.

Enjoy ocean breeze and beautiful ocean views from the sunny new 450 sq ft deck, relax on the shaded deck, or cook in the outdoor kitchen and eat on the screened in porch, so many options for fun!.

New fully stocked kitchen with 2 full size refrigerators, large island with seating for 6 and separate bar area with wine cooler, ice make and beverage fridge.

There is a large open concept living, kitchen and dining room with vaulted ceilings, sunny game room, and 2nd floor living area with pull out couch.

Family friendly - high chair, pack -n-play, toys, board games, puzzles, videos, books

Short walk across the street to the beach - beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs and towels provided.

We start the season with 4 Bicycles, but please note we do not guarantee their condition. Bicycles can be rented through Riverside Adventure.

Temporary memberships to the Bald Head Island Club AND/OR Shoals Club for enjoyable access to golf, tennis, pools, dining and other activities are available for separate purchase. Costs are not included in the rental of the home. Rates and Availability determined by the BHI club and Shoals. It is best to purchase your membership(s) upon booking as they may potentially sell out.

Delightful Stay at Make A Wave

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at Makea Wave. The deck was a perfect hang out where we could capture sun or shade at all hours, while enjoying the gorgeous ocean views protected from the wind- perfect for spring temperatures! When we left a cell phone behind, the property managers were so incredibly responsive and helpful in getting the phone to the ferry and over to the main land promptly!

Wonderful property for our family celebration of a wedding on the island.

We all enjoyed this beautiful property for a family wedding. Tyler with the Bald Head Island management team were exceedingly attentive to the needs of our group and he made a potentially difficult situation much less traumatic than it could have been! So, thank you! We loved our stay!

Great Memories

Our third trip to BHI and our third property. Each time has been a better experience. This house is perfect for one large family or two families. Plenty of living space. Close to beaches. Centrally located to everything. It was clean and well stocked with everthing needed to cook. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great Friend Reunion House

We recently stayed at 3 Sea Holly Court for the second time. Our first visit was over Thanksgiving during Covid where we enjoyed a wonderful (and very needed) get away with family and our children's friends. This second visit included a gathering of 5 couples who are close and dear friends. This house is the perfect venue for large gatherings as the living area/kitchen space is open and expansive and perfect for entertaining large parties. We also loved the large deck area for social gathering and views of the ocean. We have rented many houses at BHI and this house by far is our favorite.

Large House- Great For Families!

We just stayed here for our family vacation. There was plenty of space for 3 adult couples and 3 tween/teenage girls. The rooms were well-sized and each room had its own bathroom so no one had to share. The main floor/great room is really spacious, which we loved. The kitchen is well-equipped and the outdoor kitchen/grill area was really cool. There are also 2 washer machines and 2 dryers which was super convenient. There were 3 golf carts as well which was very helpful since we had 3 sets of adults. The house is very centrally located and is a really easy walk to the beach, about 1 minute in a golf cart. It is very easy to get to the grocery and shops and to both BHI and Shoals Club. We didn’t have any issues during our stay and the Property Manager was very communicative and easy to reach. My only complaint was that the house could use a really deep clean. It was generally clean enough but there were a couple of areas that could use a good scrub- the master bathroom walls were a little yuck. The master bedroom bedding should definitely be upgraded/replaced and a lot of the cushions and upholstery and rugs throughout would benefit from a deep clean. It was certainly not a deal-breaker by any stretch and the positives definitely out-weighed the negatives but the house could use some TLC. Still would recommend and like mentioned above, was one of the larger houses we have stayed in on the island, which was a total plus.
