Why they chose this property
The Clubhouse sits atop Linker Mountain, one of the most coveted neighborhoods in the River Valley! It is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. It is 0.2 miles up the hill from the Russellville Country Club so it is not uncommon to have light golfcart traffic buzzing by.
What makes this property unique
There is a washer and dryer available onsite and you can also access the full 2.5 car garage.
There is plenty of yard space for you to enjoy with lots of outdoor amenities including a firepit with dreamy overhead lighting, a large back deck with plenty of seating and a grill with all the accessories you could need, 2 sets of baggo boards, a horse-shoe pit, 3 hammocks, and so much more. We would like to note that it is important to be careful in the backyard as it backs up to a steep rock bluff.
The Clubhouse offers lots of room for parking. The driveway is very large with enough space to park boats, campers, RV's, trailers, etc and plenty of room to turn around.
Farm fresh eggs are available from our very happy chickens!
